Reopened in October 2014 after extensive and stylish renovations including opening an upstairs private dining area and roof terrace with views across Grantchester. Although primarily given over to dining, the menu features seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, a large island bar sits at the heart of the building. Drinkers are welcome to use the bar-stools or the tables in the drinking area under the beady eyes of the boar's head. Real ale is served from two hand-pumps. Hopefully "locally sourced ingredients" will spread to their ale selection. There is a fenced garden to the rear. The large car-park would benefit from cycle racks.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
