Having lived in Germany for 6 years, Wave was derived from the inspiration of Bavarian brewing. Much experimentation was required in timing the bittering hops to create a beer with a sweet banana taste at the start and smooth wheaty finish representative of the iconic style. It has since been heralded as a marvellous representation of the style by many, Bavarians and Brits alike.
