A burnished Gold coloured Harvest Ale brewed with English Challenger Hops for bitterness and aroma, complemented with subtle smooth roasted malt sweetness. It is the intention to brew Tin Fish as a single varietal harvest hop bitter changing the hop variety each year, showcasing a different English hop variety each year.
