An experiment in Cold Hopping with Simcoe and Azacca which is an unquestionable success; the result is a fresh, vibrantly fruity, piney hoppiness which really pops and jumps out of the glass. Add to this a creamy malt body and we have a thoroughly modern hoppy pale with the unmistakable Simcoe character!
