Brewed by Irving
A traditional Hampshire Strong ale, initially has a sweet malty nose followed with a deep raisin and fruitcake flavour balanced with a subtle bitterness from the Fuggles and Sovereign Hops. This beer is fermented at slightly elevated temperatures to encourage the development of fruity ester notes derived from the malt in the manner of classic strong ales of the past.
