Brewed by Zerodegrees (Cardiff)
Deep colour with floral aromas that are quite pronounced. These become toffee-like as the ale develops in the glass. In the mouth the hoppy notes are quite sweet and carries a decent mineral backbone. The grapefruit bitter notes come through after the mid palate and the finish is bone-dry.
