Brewed by Brolly
A traditional Sussex bitter that's brewed using 5 different malts and three different hops. We've used a hop only discovered in 2005 native to Sussex called Sussex. We throw buckets of this in at the end of the boil (along with East Kent Goldings). It's helped us to deliver a very smooth, session ale with layered malts and hops combining to form a balanced, earthy, floral, lip-smackingly tasty, traditional Sussex beer.
