Description

Established in 1997 close to a stop on the Watercress Line Heritage Steam Railway, the brewery and all the beers (except Alton's Pride) are named following a musical theme. The fff refers to fortissimo, meaning louder or stronger. Brewing on a 50-barrel plant since 2006, multiple CAMRA awards have been won. Two pubs are owned: the Railway Arms, Alton, and the Artillery Arms, Southsea.
