Goddards

Barnsley Farm, Bullen Road, Ryde, PO33 1QF (View on Google Map) 01983611011 office@goddardsbrewery.com Website

Description

Anthony Goddard established what is now the oldest active brewery on the Isle of Wight, in 1993. Originally occupying an 18th century barn, a new brewery was built in 2008, quadrupling its capacity. It has since been increased again following a move to Branstone Farm in 2023. Goddards' remain a locally-focused business distributing ales on the island, and easily-accessible southern English counties. Beers are also contract brewed for Crumbs Brewery, where breadcrumbs replace about a quarter of the malt usual in the brewing process.
