Woodforde's

Broadland Brewery, Woodbastwick, NR13 6SW (View on Google Map) 01603720353 info@woodfordes.co.uk Website

Description

Founded in 1981 by two members of the Homebrewers' Society, Woodforde's is named after Parson Woodforde, the 18th century Norfolk diarist with a penchant for real ale. In 1989 the brewery moved to its current home at Woodbastwick. It has its own boreholes and brews using locally-grown Maris Otter. Further investment has increased the capacity and the brewery tap (Fur & Feather) is located next door to the brewery, with three further pubs taken on in 2021.
