Description

Located on Thornsett Fields Farm in Thornsett, High Peak, the brewery uses a one-barrel plant with three fermenters. The brewery is off-grid, and is as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, relying on renewable energy sources. Alongside the brewery is an organic hop yard with eight different hop varieties. Its onsite taproom has open days with local food traders.
