Description

Named after a local WW1 veteran who once resided on the site, the brewery opened in 2010 with a made-to-measure 3.5-barrel plant fitted inside a former hotel bedroom. Fermenting capacity allows up to four brews a week. Beers are produced for the two hotels owned by the parent company, GHH Llp, and the free trade. Sales are handled by sister brewery Black Hole (qv). Brewing is currently suspended.
