Description

Belvoir (pronounced 'beaver') Brewery was set up in 1995 by former Shipstone's and Theakstons brewer Colin Brown. Long-term expansion has seen the introduction of a 25-barrel plant that can produce 120 barrels a week. The visitors centre incorporates brewery memorabilia, a bar, restaurant and shop. Around 150 outlets are supplied direct. Contract brewing is undertaken for Steamin' Billy and Hoskins Bros. There are plans to relocate during the currency of this guide.
