Description

Cellar Head Brewery is situated on the border between Sussex and Kent, in Flimwell. It has recently installed and commissioned a new, gas-fired, 20-barrel brewhouse with fermentation capacity in excess of 280HL. It uses predominately local hops and malts to produce a range of beers in cask and keg, varying in style and taste. The modern brewery building also houses a tap, shop and canning line, allowing for off-sales. Besides core beers, new and innovative small batch brews are often available.
