Description

Established in 2014 by Vic Irvine and Jodie Moore. Beers are made as naturally as possible using chalk-filtered water from their own spring. Many seasonal beers are produced, some with non-conventional ingredients. All beers are brewed with organic Maris Otter barley grown in the Cerne Valley. On the second Saturday in September, a community brew is produced using hops grown at the brewery and by people living nearby.
