Description

Established in 1995 initially in Haddenham, Vale moved to Brill in 2007. In 2010 it expanded to a 20-barrel brew plant. Four pubs are owned, including the Hop Pole, where sister brewery Aylesbury Brewhouse operated 2011-2019. When it closed, brewing moved back to Vale. In 2021, Phil and Mark Stevens decided it was time for a new set of brothers to take the reigns, and sold Vale Brewery to Joe and Jimmy Brouder.
