Description

Set up by Mark Gordon after a 23 year career in the City, Wimbledon began production in 2015, with former Young's and Fuller's brewer Derek Prentice at the helm of a brand new, 30-barrel plant. The brewery expanded in 2017 with two new 60-barrel fermenters, and further expanded in 2018 with an additional 60-barrel fermenter. Some beers are inspired by the original Wimbledon Brewery, destroyed by fire in 1889. Keg and canned beers are unfiltered and conditioned.
