Bristol Beer Factory’s flagship pub is a welcome oasis in the area, only a ten minutes walk from Temple Meads station via the rear exit. Eight hand pumps offer four beers from the brewery, plus constantly changing guests of varying styles, mostly from local breweries. In addition there are 10 keg beer taps dedicated to changing brews, including Bristol Beer Factory Clear Head (alcohol free) and often other local beers. There is also a good bottled and canned beer selection from around the world. Occasional beer related events are held, along with a regular Tuesday pub quiz. Food is franchised to Cord Kitchen with a small menu including vegan options, with Sunday roasts available from 12-5pm. There is a cosy walled rear beer garden, and outside benches at the front. A drop down screen is used for showing selected major sports events on terrestrial TV.
