The Club was founded in 1928 on a piece of triangle-shaped land left unused after the surrounding houses had been built. The clubhouse is in an attractive garden setting. Comfortable bar with a pool table, darts board and a TV. The club itself has 6 tennis courts, bowls green, snooker hall, sports hall where table tennis, social events and other activities take place.
