This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
Grade II listed building dated 1887. Erected by Henry Brand, first Viscount Hampden, of Glynde Place. Remains part of the Glynde Estate. Local campaign to rejuvenate the club so it continues to benefit local life. No further details known but occasional events are held here. The facebook page seems mostly to raise awareness of the club and discuss its rejuvenation. Since the Trevor Arms closed there isn't much else it the village.
