A traditional 400-year old pub which has a regular passing trade by virtue of its location on the A48 main road. It has a pleasant beer garden and attractive interior with a beamed bar warmed by a log fire, a cosy snug and a dining room.
Some good value deals attract customers for dining at lunchtimes and evenings; families are welcome. Quiz held fortnightly on Thursdays. Also sells take-away food from the menu (e.g. fish and chips and curry).
