Part of the 5 star Castle Hotel, this restaurant, bar, café is open all day. Food is locally sourced and the menu is extensive, but you don’t have to eat. There is a strong coffee trade through the day and drinks trade from early evening with the after-works drinkers followed by a later surge of those on a night out. Cool, sophisticated and welcoming.
