'Hotel and Public House'.

This was operating as a Cantonese Restaurant as recently as 2016, but at the same time the signage also said 'Hotel & Public House' and a 2016 review confirms that there was a bar open to the public with no obligation to have a meal. Information since then is scant and the 'Cantonese Restaurant' part of the signage has been painted over. It seems likely that the pub/hotel/restaurant is closed (as of September 2023) but we can find no confirmation of that. Please use 'submit updates' if you have any news.
