A large, characterful 200 year old building featuring a log burning stove (real), and flagstone floors, spacious, open plan bar area with recently refurbished furniture and fittings. There is another seating area off the main lounge area and a function room. Rustic oak beams abound, hinting at the building's past. Separate games room with pool table. Outside is a camping field, patio area and garden. There is a large kiddies playground area. Ample room for parking. The normal range of ales are a Timothy Taylor & Sharp's plus one other rotating guest ale.
Breakfast is served 9.30am to Noon (daily), Lunch Noon to 4pm (4.30pm Sundays) & Evening meals from 5pm to 8.30pm Mon-Sat.
Note, on Summer Wednesdays the evening meal is a barbecue
