The Hesketh Arms is situated in the the tranquil village of Churchtown on the northern fringes of Southport which is mentioned in the Doomsday book.

The pub is over 200years old and looks out on to the village centre with its stocks. The Botanic gardens are adjacent the pub at its rear and Meols Hall Southports only Stately home is across the road.
