Country pub and restaurant offering excellent freshly-prepared food using local produce. Cask Marque accredited. The pub is welcoming to children and well-behaved dogs on leads, and there is a pub garden and outside decking area. Log fire in winter months. Usually four well-kept ales on. Silhill brewery features strongly, and it now has a brewing 'lab' in the garden, used for experimental beers and 'brewing experience' days.
