This Grade II listed 18th century former coaching inn has an attractive, creeper-clad exterior. The main drinking area is a low beamed, L-shaped space.The restaurant has been converted from an adjoining barn, where good value, home-cooked meals are based on locally sourced produce and feature daily specials. Guest beers come mainly from Yorkshire micro-breweries. Good value accomodation is offered and the Wentworth Arms is an excellent base for exploring the area - the Eden Camp Military Museum being a short distance away. Outside occasional bar operates during summer.
