Historic Interest
Grade-II listed 1/5/75, exterior listed. List Entry No 138 6344, Legacy System No 473729. Warehouse, now used as a public house. Probably late C18. Plymouth limestone rubble with dressed voussoirs spanning openings to ground and 1st floors; dry slate hipped roof; short brick stack over right-hand corner and truncated stack set back from left-hand corner. Rectangular plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range with central former loading doorways to upper floors. 1st-floor windows and ground-floor openings are spanned by segmental arches; C20 3-light windows and glazed doors, all with glazing bars. Ground floor has wide doorway left of centre and window close on its right. INTERIOR: has remains of fireplace in each of the front corners.
