This is a friendly locals pub, reputedly the oldest of Dawlish's pubs, dating from 1642, and is situated in the old part of town. It has a large patio and garden, and a covered heated smoking area. A real cider is always available and there is an outside bar from May onwards during the summer months. Dogs are welcome. Price promotions are available to all for cask and keg beers at £3 per pint Monday, Wednesday 5-7pm and Friday 5-8pm.
