A Grade II listed Victorian Farmhouse and outbuildings extensively renovated and opened as a pub in 1995 at around the same time surrounding agricultural land gave way to expanses of residential development. Internally, the old farmhouse and adjoining buildings form individual adjoining rooms in a rustic style appropriate to their age. The large lawned front garden is extensively furnished with external quality wooden tables and chairs giving plenty of scope for alfresco dining or imbibing.
