Micropub
Micropub in the vaulted cellar of a former tattoo parlour, entered by a spiral staircase from an upstairs lobby. The ground floor of the building was at one time a small premises called the Cellar Bar: the bar now in use was used as a music venue. A second vaulted room behind the bar has been opened. Typically four real ales and eight ciders are sold under gravity dispense from a temperature-controlled cellar room behind the bar counter.
There is live music on Saturday nights and some Sundays. Open mic nights on alternate Thursdays with a ukulele club on some of the others. Watch out for poetry nights in the back room.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
