This roadside pub, located in a terrace on the A641, was one of the first pubs to operate under the Beerhouse Act of 1830, which allowed the sale of beer without a licence. It was refurbished in 2013 and has regular acoustic music nights and festivals. Northern Soul afternoon, Sun 2pm - 6pm.
