Traditional beamed pub, Grade II listed, dating from the 1700s. Two wooden-floored bars, one small and another medium sized, plus a separate area which is used as restaurant or occasional function room. A varied selection of home-cooked food. Pizza menu on Mondays 3pm - 8pm. Some interesting historical artwork and photos on the walls with an intriguing comic history of the village on a frieze in the back corridor.
