17th century timber framed building, has been a pub for over 200 years now. Atmospheric locals pub thanks to it's low ceiling. Open bar area with alcove (former snug?). Pictures with a railway theme reflect the days when it was popular with railwaymen due to it's proximity to the former engine sheds nearby.
Real ale reintroduced November 2023
