Prominent brewpub, with the ales made in a gleaming showcase brewery at the main entrance. The comfortable and spacious interior includes areas for both drinking and dining. In winter, seating around the elevated log fire is popular. The large beer garden to the rear features rustic cabins and wooden-cask tables. There is also a streetside beer terrace. Premium prices are charged, but the weekday happy hour (3-7pm) offers a good discount.
