A new opening located in a large glass-fronted building in Wood Lane, on the left going north, immediately opposite the station of that name. The entrance is just round the far corner, where a wide opening leads to Television Centre, its many restaurants being just across the way. The venue has four storeys including a rooftop bar.
There are a few tables outside The Broadcaster and inside, a medium sized, modern interior mainly finished with light wood tones, glass and tiles, well lit with numerous pendants, offers about 10 -12 small tables. Keen uniformed staff, plus a greeter and barman, encourage table service, though bar service is possible. Tall unbranded taps on the bar supply two beers, a lager, a cider, and Guinness. The beer is reported to be served in tall thin glasses, ice-cold. Unlike its sister pub, the Lighterman at King's Cross, there is no Real Ale here.
The food offering includes weekend brunch, a kids menu and Sunday roasts. White City tube station is nearby as well as Wood Lane.
