Hidden away in the back doubles, this is an upmarket pub with a dark green decor, potted plants and comfortable settee seating in the main bar. There are two smaller drinking areas at the rear and additional seating upstairs. The railed-in front patio has heaters for the winter. Built in 1807 with alterations to the frontage in 1862.
Four real ales. Occasional craft beer residencies, check pub website.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 2 regular beers.
