Situated within the Countesthorpe Conservation Area which includes the parish church of St. Andrews and much of the surrounding original small village.

Historic Interest

Formerly owned by Stretton's Derby Brewery; it came into the ownership of Ind Coope of Burton-upon-Trent in 1934.
