Bunk is in a Grade II listed building (No. 1255178), a former mid-19th Century warehouse.
"Red brick with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof. Plinth, ground floor and first floor cornices, modillion wooden eaves cornice. Windows are segment-arched cast-iron glazing bar casements. 4 storeys; 2 window range. Ground floor has 2 moulded doorcases with 4-panel doors and fanlights. Above, 2 windows with similar surrounds. Upper floors have smaller windows with plain arches and keystones. Included for group value. (Nottingham Industrial Archaeological Society Journal: Oldfield G: Nottingham: 1983-: 3-7)."
