In a spectacular location high on the hills above South Bristol. It reopened in March 2013 after a 6-month major refurbishment. This is a welcoming, traditional inn on the old Wells Road. The bar in front of you conceals a quiet second room ahead to the left, and a less formal area to the right. The garden is lovely in the summer. Board games are available and quiz night is Wednesday. Run by the same people as the nearby Winford Arms.
