A family run gastro pub next to the church and close to Lymm Dam, the Church Green is home to Chef Aiden Byrne. Bar meals are available in the small lounge area by the bar, with the main restaurant with its focus on meat occupying most of the pub supplemented by the glass-fronted all weather 'pavilion' at the back. Breakfasts are served daily 9.00am to 11.30am (not Monday & Tuesday) and a children's menu is also available. Winner of regular awards for culinary excellence. The three regular beers rotate with any two on at a time. A deli shop operates daytime Wednesday to Sunday offering cakes and coffee.
