Opened as Leatham, Tew and Company Bank in 1884, acquired by Barclays in 1906 and later became Transatlantic House. A remarkable transformation into a pub with smart open plan areas in two distinct rooms. Original Minton tile work and elaborate glasswork uncovered and restored during conversion to a pub, complimented by replica Venetian ceilings and original woodwork. Hotel type accommodation.
