Located just off the South Downs Way, this Harvey's tied house is a traditional country pub, once converted from two flint walled cottages. Two regular ales are available plus a seasonal beer which is Harvey's Old Ale when that is available, IPA at other times. The pub has no cellar, the beer is kept in a cold room behind the bar. It has been under new management from July 2019, under the previous tenant ale was served straight from the cask and the present proprietor will serve you this way if asked. The well maintained gardens make this a great place to stop in the summer, with real fires inside in the winter. Good quality, home produced, food is available all day.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
