Real ale discount scheme

Set in the middle of a charming north Norfolk village with fine old flint cottages, close to the coast, The Crown, Batemans' only pub in the area, offers an excellent choice of beers and a friendly atmosphere. XXXB is often replaced by a Batemans seasonal beer; the cider is from Weston's.

A quiz night is held on the second Tuesday in the month, and a beer festival is held in summer (June 30 - July 2 in 2023).

The pub may close early on weekday evenings; ring ahead to check.

20 real ales, live music all weekend. Beer cards can be bought in advance online with the early bird offer of a free festival pint glass here. Each £10 card buys you 5 half-pints during the event.
