This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
The Club was first opened in 1982 and is attached to the village hall, which also contains the vilage post office and village shop. Beer sales originally included Greenall Whitley at 50p a pint. The range is much better now, often including Sharp's Doom Bar and Holden's Golden Glow, unfortunately prices have increased somewhat as well. Card carrying CAMRA memers are welcome, as are casual guests. Membership is £7 a year, £5 for over 60's and £3 for young persons who are members of clubs teams.
This Club serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
