A privately owned hotel which has gone through a major renovation since 2015 when the operation of the business was taken over by the owner of the building. The bar has been moved to the far left hand end of the building and the former bar is now the Royal Oak restaurant which opened in 2018. There is also separate pool room.
For a few years it was noteworthy for it's status as the country's sole outlet for Griffo's beer! (The hotel's owner used to regularly present his 'experimental' brews at the bar). However, production ceased in 2015, coinciding with the change in management at the Hotel.
