The pub is in a Georgian building dating from around 1800 and lies a short distance from the town centre, close to the racecourse and castle. Its name derives from the price of a cup of coffee and tot of rum that was charged to workers building the nearby Grand Union Canal in the early 1800s. The single, split-level room has a contemporary feel and a relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by the absence of machines. There is an outside seating area.
This Pub serves 6 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
