Two-bar country pub with real fires, located between Orsett and Grays, with large garden and outdoor drinking area. Two regular and one guest real ale, good value lunches. Popular with locals and visitors alike. Regular charity fundraising events including quizzes and meal evenings, also live music at weekends. Breakfasts on Saturdays from 09:30.
