A large airy modern Wetherspoon bar serving a selection of up to seven guest ales. The usual range of JDW craft beer is also well stocked. Situated in Grove Park leisure area, not far from the Grove Theatre, its large outdoor patio area overlooks the Grove House gardens with many bus routes stopping nearby. Named after the Hollywood star, Gary Cooper, who attended the local grammar school between 1910-13. The pub is very busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
