Glitch is a new concept for Stockport, a games bar. Owned and conceived by Stockport serial bar owner Joseph Patten (Cracked Actor, and Glass Spider) and partner, Amy Fletcher. There's a similar concept bar in Shoreditch, London, but it's unclear if there is a link to that London business here. The aim is to bring together people who like retro games and modern gamers, thus you will find arcade classics such as Space Invaders, Galaxians and so on with more modern fare. For lovers of the silver ball, there's a pinball table too. Cocktails are the big thing here. On the bar, there's a variety of beers and ciders from Brew York including a pilsner, a rainbow sherbet sour, and a sparkling cider - these will evolve over time. Glitch opened in late 2022.
